"When you reserve a non-smoking room and your paperwork says non smoking and the lady behind the desk says we have your "smoking room" for you as you requested and you tell her and show her, "I reserved a Non-smoking room". Then someone comes to her quickly and whispers in her ear, then she says. "Oh it is a non-smoking room". Then you go to the room and the door next to yours has a sign saying, "Non-Smooking Room", but yours doesn't. Plus the room doesn't smell all that fresh, you know they are not telling you the truth. I would leave the window open for fresh air each day, but they would close it when they did the room. When the sign on the fron of the hotel says "show your AAA card for your discount" and you go in and show your card and they say you already have a discount and I say how or why but they can't give you a reason. I realize thye just don't want to honor the AAA discount. The breafast was just bagels, coffee & some juice. What a rip off. I am not going to stay here again."
